offer any legal advice. We highly encourage you to consult an attorney
if you do not understand your rights or if there is a large amount
of property to be divided or if there are issues regarding children
that cannot be settled.
We do not
typically offer refunds as we do offer online support and a toll
free number for you to utilize should you need assistance. If we
prepare your papers for you we guarantee our work as far as clerical
accuracy and that we prepare your papers the way you have delegated.
If you fail
to fill in any missing information, such as dates that the papers
were filed (including a final decree) or any financial information,
we do not accept responsibility for this as we have no way of having
this information unless you give it to us. These dates are often
established after the papers have been delivered to you and it is
your responsibility to make sure those dates are filled in correctly.
If you want us to add those dates in for you, we will be happy to
do that at no cost and the forms will be delivered via e-mail to
you.
We cannot
nor do we guarantee that the court will accept the content since
we have no control over what you decide to put in your papers. We
will make sure that you have the correct forms but you are ultimately
responsible for the content of your divorce papers. Should you decide
to add or omit items that are either legally not permitted or you
omit things that are required by law, you void any guarantee automatically.
We guarantee
that we will do everything in our power to get you the forms you
need to complete your case. It is nearly impossible for us to keep
up with every court in the U.S. and there will be times that your
court may require additional forms. It is very important that you
if you find you need additional forms you contact us right away
and we will get those for you.
We take
a lot of pride in getting our customers the forms they need at a
price they can afford. If your court requires any additional forms

to you. If you receive a letter from the court that you need anything
changed/added/omitted, please fax that to us at 253.679.6033 along
with a copy of the papers you filed with the court. Please understand
that all requests for any changes must be made in writing by sending

We accept
no responsibility for the outcome of your case as you are acting
as your own attorney. We do however accept responsibility for the
clerical part of your forms. We also guarantee that we will add
all of the information you request and we will do all that we can
do within the law to get the forms for you that you need to get
your divorce completed.
Our policy
is that all sales are final with one exception. If you have
exhausted ALL of our resources for help and we cannot provide you
with the correct papers for your court and you have provided us
with a final copy of your divorce papers you have purchased elsewhere
we will gladly refund your purchase price. We do not offer any refunds
for change of heart of if you do not follow our guarantee policy.

Your papers will be delivered
to you via e-mail for review within 3 business days. Additionally,
we will send you a complete printed copy ready to sign and file
via priority mail within 10 business days. We will even include
all of your forms on a cd rom.
After you place your
order you will be taken to our intake form. You will submit your
information to us and your case will be sent to the paralegal who
handles divorces in your state.
