The Kentucky Divorce Without Minor Children papers and forms allow either spouse in the State of Kentucky to start the divorce process by petitioning the court for a legal divorce. The first step to an uncontested divorce is by delivering these papers to the Clerk in the county where you reside or have been a resident for at least 6 months and upon completion you will be instructed to serve your spouse in person or with a certified mail (with returned receipt).
